Crizal Easy Pro is the entry point: genuine anti-reflective performance with scratch protection, at the friendliest price. Crizal Rock doubles down on scratch and impact resistance — the pick if your glasses live a rough life. Crizal Sapphire HR is the flagship and our recommendation: the lowest reflectance of the range on both faces of the lens, plus smudge, dust and water repellence that keeps the lens cleaner between wipes.

Where anti-glare earns its keep in Dubai
Night driving on Sheikh Zayed Road is the classic case: oncoming LED headlights bloom into stars on an uncoated lens, and into almost nothing on a good AR coating. Is anti-glare coating worth it?
For anyone who drives at night, works on screens or is photographed regularly — yes, without hesitation. It is the single upgrade wearers notice most. On FrameLens every Crizal level is priced 25% below the official list, which takes most of the sting out of the decision.
What is the difference between anti-glare and blue light filtering?
Anti-glare removes reflections from the surface of the lens; blue filtering reduces a band of light passing through it. They are independent and combine well: a Crizal coating over a blue-filtering lens like Eyezen is a common — and sensible — pairing for screen-heavy days.
Can anti-glare coating be added to my current lenses?
No — coatings are applied during lens manufacturing, not painted on afterwards. The good news: replacing the lenses in your existing frame with new Crizal-coated ones costs far less than a new pair, and that is exactly the service FrameLens exists for.
How long does Crizal coating last?
Years, with normal care — a microfibre cloth and no dry wiping. Every coating we fit is guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects; normal scratches from mistreatment are the one thing no honest optician can warranty.
