Every pair of glasses is really two purchases: the frame you see, and the lenses you see through. Dubai's opticians bundle them — and price them — together. FrameLens unbundles: we sell only the lenses, fitted into frames you already own, at a permanent 25% below the official price list.
The whole order happens online. A photo of your prescription, read by our system and verified by a licensed optician. Your lens, your coating, your options — with the exact price shown before you pay. Then your frame comes to us, and your glasses come back within about 48 hours.

Every lens type, one honest range
Single vision for distance or reading. Eyezen for screen-heavy days, with blue-violet filtering built in. Varilux progressives from the essential Liberty to the flagship XR Design. Sun lenses with Xperio tints. Transitions light-adaptive colours. High-index materials to 1.74 that make strong prescriptions thin and light.
Two suppliers, clearly labelled: Essilor — we are an authorised distributor — and EGMA, an independent Dubai lens laboratory with excellent value across its line. You choose; nothing is substituted behind the scenes.
An optician at every step that matters
Software reads your prescription; a licensed optician with over ten years of experience verifies it before a single lens is cut. If the photo is unreadable, you can type the values yourself and we check them against the document. If a value still will not resolve, we come back to you — nothing is guessed.
The same professional judgement protects your frame: if it is too fragile to re-lens safely, we refuse the job and refund you fully, before touching it. That is one of three promises written into every order.
Why the price is lower — and stays lower
No frame inventory, no mall rent baked into your lenses, no negotiation theatre. The official price list and the FrameLens price sit side by side at checkout: yours is always at least 25% lower, VAT and fitting included. A second pair ordered together gets 40% off its lenses.

Can I order prescription lenses online in Dubai?
Yes — that is exactly what FrameLens is. You order and pay online, and only your frame travels: drop it at our DIFC boutique or send it with any courier. Your prescription is verified by a licensed optician before anything is cut.
What if my prescription photo cannot be read?
You can type the values exactly as written and we will verify them against the photo — or place the order without a prescription and our optician will contact you to collect it. Payment only ever happens on a verified prescription and a firm price.
Are these genuine Essilor lenses?
Yes. FrameLens is an authorised Essilor distributor: Crizal, Eyezen, Varilux and Transitions products are the genuine articles, at 25% below the official price list. We also carry EGMA, an independent Dubai lab, clearly labelled as such.
Do you do eye tests?
No — we cut and fit lenses to a prescription you already have from your optometrist or ophthalmologist. That focus is exactly why our prices are lower. If your prescription is out of date, any eye clinic in Dubai can issue a new one, and we take it from there.
