Collection works the same way in reverse: come and meet us, or send a rider and we hand your finished glasses over, carefully packed.
What we do — and what we honestly do not
We do one thing at a professional level: new prescription lenses fitted into frames you already own. Single vision, progressives, sun and light-adaptive lenses, from Essilor (authorised distributor) and the Dubai lab EGMA, always 25% below the official price list.
We do not sell frames on FrameLens, and we do not perform eye tests — you bring a prescription from your optometrist, and we take it from there. When a job is wrong for a frame, we say so and refund, rather than risk a frame you love.
The JAUPIN standard
The boutique behind FrameLens has spent years fitting and servicing luxury and bespoke frames for a demanding Dubai clientele. That standard carries over whole: your frame is covered at its market value while with us, coatings are guaranteed for a year, and a final quality control precedes every handover. The glasses you collect are finished like the frames we sell.

Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed to drop off or collect a frame. If it is your first pair of progressive lenses, come in person — we take pupil measurements with the frame on your face, and it takes a few minutes.
Do you sell frames or do eye tests?
FrameLens itself sells lenses only, for frames you already own, and does not perform eye tests. The JAUPIN boutique around it is a full luxury optician — but the FrameLens price promise, 25% below the official list, is about lenses.
